• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
• Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant client information.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals.
• Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.

• Current Property & Casualty insurance license – We will pay for training!
• Ability to obtain Life & Health license within 3 months of your start date – We will pay for training!
• Prior office experience required, insurance or sales experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Compensation $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
