Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand our client base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their event needs and preferences.
Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to propose tailored catering solutions that align with their vision and budget.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
Collaborate closely with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of all contracted events.
Track sales activities, manage client information, and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline.
Represent The Classic Catering People at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
A passion for food, events, and creating memorable experiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
