• Engage with potential customers to assess insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support.
• Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling additional State Farm products.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience and meet sales targets.

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience preferred; passion for sales is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset and strong desire to exceed client expectations.
• Goal‑driven with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of insurance products advantageous.
• Bilingual Spanish desired (optional).

Compensation: $40,000 – $55,000 per year.
