• Engage with potential customers to assess insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities for additional State Farm products.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve sales targets.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred; passion for sales and determination to succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Goal‑driven, self‑motivated with a record of meeting sales targets.
• Knowledge of insurance products is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish (desirable).

• Annual base salary $40,000 – $55,000 (plus commission/bonus).
