About

the Role

As an Account Executive at Spectrum Foods, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and delivering outstanding service to our customers in a salary plus commission role. Once established, you’ll have the opportunity to transition fully to commission. While a passion for food is a plus, it’s not essential. We’re looking for someone who is hard‑working, personable, and eager to connect with customers.

Whether you’re new to the food industry or already have experience, you’ll find a supportive team ready to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships by accurately reading customer orders and ensuring their needs are met with excellent service.
  • Visit at least 20 customers and prospects daily, logging all interactions into our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding customer relationships.
  • Foster long‑term partnerships with customers to encourage loyalty and success.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, pricing, and delivery.
  • Address customer issues with empathy and offer practical solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and share valuable insights with the team to stay competitive.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualification:

    Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, candidates with lesser educational qualifications who possess relevant experience in the Food Service Industry will also be considered.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds as required.
