Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations, we are a family‑owned and operated leader in the mattress industry for more than 35 years. The role involves confidently selling premium mattress and bedding products while utilizing our proven selling process and the cutting‑edge bed Match® diagnostic sleep system.

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using our proven selling process.
• Utilize the bed Match diagnostic sleep system to help customers identify their ideal mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom floor and assist customers with loading their purchases onto vehicles.
• Provide a relaxed, low‑pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving customers’ sleep quality.
• Employ state‑of‑the‑art technology including tablets, mobile point‑of‑sale terminals, and the bed Match system.

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends; typical 40‑55 hours per week.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, or another language, is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattress purchases.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
