Overview

Our Implantable Heart Failure Management (IHFM) team is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through pioneering technology that enables early, targeted therapeutic intervention. Join us and help patients live longer and healthier lives.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Clinical Compensation – Manage the development, design and implementation of compensation plans, clinical case coverage targets, and quota targets for the US sales and clinical team, ensuring alignment with AOP, proper sales motivation and responsible P&L management. Perform accurate variable compensation analyses and payments for both sales and clinical teams and provide analyses on field performance to sales leadership and HR.
  • Field Organization Effectiveness and Territory Alignment – Use analytics to assess the appropriateness of sales and clinical resources, recommend changes, and regularly align territories to field personnel for equitable coverage, updating HR and Finance systems.
  • Sales Performance Tracking and Analytics – Define and deliver regular sales analytics including dashboards and reports to provide deep insights into sales performance; provide ad hoc analyses to cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Sales Systems Administrator – Lead the creation of complex automated sales performance, territory management and reporting tools (CRM such as , ERP such as JDE, BI tools such as Qlik View dashboards). Ensure continuous system integrity and accuracy in partnership with IT.
  • Contract/Pricing Management – Develop and maintain the US pricing and rebate model, provide detailed net ASP reporting to aid forecasting, analyze rebate customers, and coordinate implementation of the Model N revenue/rebate management system. Review accuracy with third‑party auditors during reconciliation.
  • Forecasting – Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, Finance and other cross‑functional teams to forecast supply, demand, financial outcomes, and product launches, and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Team Leadership and Process Improvements – Lead and guide team members on operational initiatives, continuous process improvements, and high‑impact projects.
  • Vaccination Requirement – All patient‑facing and in‑hospital positions require COVID‑19 vaccination. Proof of vaccination must be submitted, or an approved medical or religious exemption must be applied.
Qualifications
  • Required – Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 10 years of experience in sales operations, business strategy, or financial planning, or a Master’s Degree with 8 years of experience. Prior field sales experience is also required.
  • Preferred – Certification in a related discipline.

  • Proven project management skills and ability to work on multiple tasks with multiple people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal relationship, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
  • Ability to think holistically, strategically, and to make decisions independently when consensus is lacking.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) and preference for experience with Oracle, JDE, MIDAS, ELBIS,  administration, and Qlik View development.
  • Highly analytical, detail oriented, and organized with ability to meet tight deadlines amid competing priorities.
  • Subject‑matter expert in sales, marketing, sales operations, supply chain, and finance with deep understanding of data flow between Edwards systems.
  • Professional interaction across all organizational levels and proactive issue escalation.
  • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment and partnering with sales teams and customers.
Benefits

Competitive base salary ranging from $139,000 to $196,000 for highly experienced candidates in California, supplemented by performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive benefits program that addresses individual and family needs.
