The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, personable Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is a consultative, relationship‑driven position where your communication skills, empathy, and drive directly shape your success. You will guide customers through one of the most important purchasing decisions of their lives, serving as a trusted advisor from first contact to final handshake.

What You’ll Do
  • Build genuine rapport with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget
  • Present and demonstrate Ford vehicles with expert product knowledge
  • Guide customers through the full purchasing lifecycle with transparency and care
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a personal book of loyal clients
  • Collaborate with finance and management teams to deliver seamless deals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and CSI satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing product and professional development training
Who You Are
  • A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Emotionally intelligent — you read people well and adapt your approach
  • Organized, reliable, and coachable with a growth mindset
  • Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing experience a plus
  • Automotive experience welcomed but not required — we train the right people
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
