EssentialsDuties & Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers within the designated market area through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand and promote our products or services to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals.
- Document lead information accurately, process and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
- Previous experience in lead qualification, telemarketing, or inside sales is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass drug testing and criminal background check.
