Job Overview

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to engage homeowners at retail locations and community events, introduce our products, and schedule in‑home consultations with our sales team. This role does not involve cold calling, telemarketing, or closing sales.

• Engage directly with homeowners at retail locations, events, and community venues.
• Represent Infinity Replacement by Marvin in a professional, approachable manner.
• Identify customer interest and schedule qualified in‑home consultations.
• Accurately enter customer details and appointment information.
• Set up and manage branded displays as needed.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly appointment goals.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to travel between retail locations and events.
• Smartphone for communications and records.
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup.
• Confidence handling rejection and persistence in pursuit of appointments.
• Genuine interest in people and strong face‑to‑face communication skills.
• No prior sales experience required; backgrounds in retail, hospitality, fitness, customer service, or events are valued.

  • Weekly bonuses for each qualified appointment generated (no cap).
  • Top performers regularly earn $25–$35+ per hour and can earn $1,000+ per week, even part‑time.
