• Keep CRM (Service Titan) records clean and updated
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads
• Work closely with outside sales & installation teams
• Hit and exceed key KPIs: 82%+ booking rate, 120+ calls/day, 20%+ aggregator conversion, 100+ booked estimates/month
