The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our revenue growth objectives by effectively selling our products or services over the phone. This position offers excellent earning potential and room for career advancement.

• Proactively reach out to prospective customers within the designated market area through phone calls and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand and promote our products or services to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals.
• Document lead information accurately, process and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.

• Previous experience in lead qualification, telemarketing, or inside sales is required.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
• Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated with a desire to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass drug testing and criminal background check.
