Overview
The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers – online, over the phone and in person – to help guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle sales environment. Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do- Engage with customers online, over the phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment.
- Respond to leads promptly and provide information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Help customers transition from initial contact to an in-store experience and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Drive customer loyalty by delivering exceptional service before and after purchase and assisting with the transition to the Service department when appropriate.

- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work with technology and adapt to digital processes

- Provide an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase, driving loyalty and satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate transitions to the Service department as needed.
- Help customers select their vehicle, discuss terms to align with lifestyles and budgets, and assist in closing the deal.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred
- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willingness to follow up with customers
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
- Commission-based compensation
- Estimated range: $5,500 – $11,000 per month
