What You'll Do- Assist customers in selecting the right Buick or GMC vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Work closely with management and the finance department to deliver an exceptional buying experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus but not required).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
