Qualifications:

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.

* Assisting individual sales consultants to close sales with a professional appearance.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.

* Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Sales Manager: 1 year (Required)

* Valid state driver's license

Responsibilities

* Oversee the daily activities of the new car sales department.

* Devise strategies that ensure everyone is meeting their goals.

* Respond to all leads received in a timely fashion.

* Ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction.

* Helping sales team to train and develop new talent for success.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
