Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities:
Maximize sales in the prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance) by engaging guests to determine needs and assist in selection;
Provide exceptional guest service including greeting and engaging guests and informing them of promotions, events, and services;
Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales;
Book appointments and support in-store services and events to deliver prestige and brand sales goals;
Maintain store standards and replenish/maintain testers and merchandise while adhering to hygiene standards
