All Roads Company is searching for motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team at Acura of Laurel. Our ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment offering flexible work schedules, growth potential, and strong earning opportunities. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply. Prior automotive sales experience is a plus.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role with commission-based earning potential and a draw against commission. Opportunity to earn over $100,000 per year.

Compensation & Schedule

• Commission-based compensation with draw
• Opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually
• Full-time schedule - Monday
  -Saturday (Sunday and 1 day during the week off)

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features (valid driver’s license required)
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
• Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, and process credit applications and transaction paperwork
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and follow-up activity
• Prepare sold vehicles prior to customer delivery
• Conduct a thorough delivery presentation, ensuring customers understand vehicle features, warranty, and documentation
