One Main is hiring Loan Sales Specialists to help customers access financing with a competitive on-site role. The position focuses on listening to customer needs, presenting tailored loan solutions, and guiding them through the lifecycle of a loan.
Base salary range is $18.00-$22.00 per hour, plus a performance-based compensation program. Monday–Friday with some extended hours, on-site in Laurel, MD; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
