Design/Sales Consultant – Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Division
Are you a creative, motivated design/sales professional with a passion for turning homes into dream spaces? We are working with a well‑established custom home builder launching a new Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Division, and are looking for a talented individual to help lead the way.
What You’ll Do- Meet with clients to understand their vision, style, and budget.
- Design kitchen and bath layouts that combine beauty, function, and value.
- Prepare detailed proposals, estimates, and product selections.
- Manage client relationships from concept through completion.
- Collaborate with our construction and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Experience in kitchen and bath design and/or construction sales.
- Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and remodeling trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and close sales with confidence.
- Proficiency in design or estimating software (e.g., 2020 Design, Chief Architect, Sketch Up, etc.) a plus.
