We’re looking for a talented kitchen and bath designer with 20/20 experience, as well as strong customer service, project management and sales skills. • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and vision
• Present design solutions and pricing
• Manage client expectations, following the project from initial consultation to completion of installation to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
• Collaborate with builders and interior designers
• Knowledge of product specifications
• Contribute to showroom presentation and maintenance

• Proficiency in 20/20 design software (essential to success)
• Proven cabinet design and sales experience (minimum 3 year track record preferred)
• Sales oriented mindset
• Client focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Professional showroom setting
• New construction and remodeling jobsite visits for field measurement, oversight of installation, and punchlist for completion
• Business Hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Appointment-based client interactions preferred, but walk-ins welcome
• Collaborative team effort

Competitive annual salary starting at $55,000 base with unlimited potential for commissions! Benefits include mileage reimbursement and paid vacation, as well as 401k with company match after 1-year of employment.
