FORD SERVICE ADVISOR WANTED Build Relationships. Build Your Career. Grow With Us.

What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a Service Advisor who understands that the job is about more than writing repair orders.
It’s about earning the customer’s trust.

You’ll be successful here if you:
Genuinely enjoy working with people
Deliver an excellent customer experience
Communicate clearly and consistently
Are comfortable recommending needed maintenance and repairs
Can manage multiple customers and repair orders at once
Work well with technicians, parts personnel, and management
Follow through on commitments
Take ownership when something doesn’t go as planned

, not simply fill positions.

Supportive management team
Team-oriented work environment

A dealership where great performance is recognized
Our best Service Advisors don’t pressure customers into buying things they don’t need.
They ask questions, identify needs, educate customers, make professional recommendations, and allow the customer to make an informed decision.
That’s how we build long-term relationships—and that’s the kind of Service Advisor we’re looking for.
Big Opportunities. Small-Town Values. If you’re tired of feeling like just another number at a large dealership group and want an opportunity where your performance matters, your customers know your name, and there’s room to grow
, this could be the right fit.
Come grow with us and help us build the kind of service department customers actually want to come back to.
