Retail and Marketing Representative

Marvin is seeking a Retail and Marketing Representative to champion our premium windows, doors, and skylights across key retail and showroom partners. In this role, you will strengthen Marvin's in-store presence by training retail associates, optimizing merchandising, and supporting marketing campaigns that highlight our design, performance, and innovation. You'll build relationships with dealers, contractors, and customers, conduct product demos, and gather market insights.

Responsibilities

• Represent Marvin's brand and product portfolio in retail locations across the region
• Build strong relationships with retail partners, contractors, and showroom staff to drive product awareness and sales
• Train retail associates on Marvin windows, doors, and skylights, highlighting features, benefits, and installation basics
• Support in-store merchandising, displays, and promotional activities to align with marketing campaigns
• Gather market, customer, and competitor insights to inform sales and marketing strategies
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely product information and materials
• Participate in events, demos, and product knowledge sessions to generate demand
• Track activities, leads, and results using CRM and reporting tools
