Discovery Representative

TD Synnex, an innovative tech company in San Francisco, is seeking a Discovery Representative to identify and qualify new business opportunities for our software solutions. In this role, you will research target accounts, conduct outbound outreach, and run initial discovery conversations to understand client needs and pain points. You'll collaborate closely with sales and marketing to build a strong pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and hand off high-quality leads.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts and key contacts in the IT/software space
• Execute outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to engage prospects
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover prospect needs and challenges
• Qualify leads against defined criteria and prioritize opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and campaigns
• Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives
• Report on outreach activities, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates
