We are known for delivering thorough, trustworthy inspections and excellent service. As we grow, we’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Growth Coordinator to help scale our marketing, sales, and partnership initiatives—especially within the real estate industry.

The Growth Coordinator will be a key member of our business development team, focused on generating leads, nurturing partnerships, and increasing brand visibility. You will collaborate closely with inspectors, leadership, and agents to support outreach campaigns, event marketing, and customer engagement strategies.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting real estate agents and brokerages
• Manage outreach communications via email, phone, and social platforms (especially Linked In and Instagram)
• Assist in organizing local promotional events, open houses, and industry networking opportunities
• Create and distribute marketing content (flyers, social posts, email templates)
• Support lead nurturing through CRM tracking and follow-up sequences
• Help identify new markets, referral opportunities, and business development tactics
• Coordinate with the inspection team to ensure a seamless client experience

• Prior experience in marketing, sales coordination, or business development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Zoho, etc.)
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a big plus
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient with social media platforms and digital marketing basics
• Event planning or field marketing experience is a bonus
