We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team and help us continue that tradition.
What You'll Do
- Greet and guide customers through the vehicle buying process from first contact to delivery
- Build genuine relationships with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Maintain strong product knowledge of the Kia lineup, including new models, features, and technology
- Conduct test drives and clearly explain vehicle features and benefits
- Follow up with prospective and past customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Work with our finance team to help customers navigate financing and leasing options
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Positive, energetic attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive sales experience a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
