The ideal person will be located within the territory.

Drive new business acquisition, competitive displacement, market penetration, and revenue growth across oncology practices, pathology groups, cancer centers, health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and academic medical centers. Develop and execute territory growth strategies that increase adoption of Labcorp's oncology diagnostics, hereditary cancer, and precision medicine portfolio. Achieve territory revenue, market share, new account, and growth objectives. Maintain accountability for opportunity management, pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance through Salesforce CRM utilization.

Establish relationships with physician leaders, pathology groups, cancer center administrators, health system stakeholders, and executive decision makers. Lead consultative sales engagements focused on oncology diagnostics, precision medicine adoption, operational efficiency, and testing strategy optimization. Develop enterprise growth plans that expand utilization across health systems, cancer networks, and academic medical centers. Influence testing pathways and adoption strategies within complex healthcare organizations.

Represent Labcorp's oncology diagnostics, hereditary cancer, molecular diagnostics, genomic profiling, liquid biopsy, ctDNA, MRD, biomarker, NGS-based testing, pathology, hematopathology, cytogenetics, and virtual pathology solutions. Translate clinical, genomic, and scientific evidence into business-focused recommendations that support customer decision making. Maintain current knowledge of oncology diagnostics, hereditary cancer testing, molecular diagnostics, genomics, and precision medicine advancements.
