EOS Hospitality - - - Responsibilities:
Train, schedule, and supervise a team of Loss Prevention Agents (Security Guards/Park Rangers);
Provide ongoing coaching and ensure compliance with resort policies and safety procedures;
Partner with the Director of Operations on staffing and scheduling;
Conduct regular property safety inspections (fire safety, emergency preparedness, general compliance);
Complete and submit reports related to guest/staff injuries, accidents, and property damage
