Location: Hanover
RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Project Officer (Junior) to provide program management, administrative, and operational support to a federal program office. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across various functional areas.
Responsibilities
- Track and report on the status of external taskers, ensuring timely and accurate submission of responses.
- Lead and facilitate the weekly team synchronization meeting.
- Support product team operations and administrative activities, including researching, refining, and responding to acquisition, operational, administrative, and programmatic suspense items, taskers, and data calls.
- Review, edit, and track all internal and external staff actions through completion.
- Develop, coordinate, and manage briefings, presentations, and key event documentation.
- Ensure efficient coordination among team members and stakeholders to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (minimum)
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university required
- Experience:
- Minimum of two years of experience in project administration or coordination.
- Demonstrated experience supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders and team members.
- Clearance:
- Active Top Secret/SCI required.
