Night Mobile Patrol Driver — Security Specialist

We are seeking professional, dependable, and highly alert Mobile Patrol Security Officers to join our team. This position is responsible for conducting vehicle patrols, monitoring property activity, responding to incidents, and maintaining a strong security presence within a high-security environment.

The ideal candidate must be professional in appearance and communication, capable of working independently, and able to make sound decisions while maintaining a high level of awareness and attention to detail.

Shift:

• 6PM-6AM (Part time only)

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and random vehicle patrols throughout the property.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, security violations, safety hazards, and unauthorized individuals.
• Complete detailed incident and activity reports accurately and professionally.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies as needed.
• Maintain communication with supervisors, site personnel, and emergency services when required.
• Enforce site rules, safety procedures, and security policies.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional security presence.
• Secure gates, buildings, and access points during patrols.

• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to complete reports and documentation accurately.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must have a Maryland State Guard Card.

Preferred Experience

• Previous mobile patrol, security, law enforcement, military, or related experience preferred.
• Experience working in high-security or sensitive environments is a plus.
