Position: Security Technician I with Security Clearance
Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground

We are seeking a Security Technician I to support access control and physical security operations at a federal installation. This position is responsible for monitoring access points, verifying credentials, enforcing security procedures, and providing professional customer service to visitors and personnel. Responsibilities
* Control entry and exit at designated access points
* Verify credentials and identification badges
* Monitor facilities and report security incidents
* Enforce site security procedures and protocols
* Provide professional customer service to employees and visitors
* Maintain accurate logs and incident reports

Required Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of security, access control, military, law enforcement, or related experience
* Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
* Valid Guard Card (if required by state/local regulations)
* Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting federal or DoD facilities
* Prior access control system experience
