Our client, a leader in the financial industry, is seeking a Corporate Safety and Physical Security Systems Support Engineer to join their team. As a CSPS Systems Support Engineer, you will be part of the Security Systems Support Department supporting the Corporate Safety and Physical Security Systems team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, self‑sufficient approach that aligns successfully in the organization.

Corporate Safety and Physical Security Systems Support Engineer

Owings Mills, MD (Hybrid - 4 Days/Onsite)

$55/hr - $60/hr

• Support and maintain Corporate Safety and Physical Security Systems (CSPS), including LenelS2 Access Control System (ACS) and Milestone Video Management System (VMS).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot logical issues within security systems, optimizing their efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve system issues and manage service tickets.
• Provide technical support for security officers, including CCTV viewing stations, LenelS2 badging, and GSOC operations.
• Initiate and manage small projects such as adding doors or cameras, coordinating with vendors and facilities teams.

• Hands‑on programming with LenelS2 (ACS) and Milestone (VMS).
• Experience with multiple ACS and VMS security systems.
• Certifications in LenelS2 and Milestone are preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and system administration skills in security system environments.
• Experience with Windows Server and IP networking in support of ACS and VMS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors, facilities, and security personnel.
• Self‑sufficient and resourceful with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage work orders and maintain accurate equipment tracking records.
