Schedule:

Overnight shift – Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, 5:30 pm – 6:00 am. Shifts may change with little notice.

Salary: $23.00 hourly, plus a shift differential for night shift (hourly range $23.00 – $44.00). Additional premiums may apply.

Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy processes and dispenses prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations. The Physical Security Specialist ensures regulatory compliance, maintains safety and security protocols, responds to emergencies, and supports a safe working environment for the facility.

• Ensure regulatory and corporate policy compliance (e.g., PCI, PII, OSHA, Fire Code, Life Safety) by addressing violations and implementing solutions.
• Support development and implementation of protocols, programs, and training: provide input, recommend improvements, maintain SOPs, and initiate incident command during emergencies.
• Respond to alarms and intrusion detection activations; prioritize actions, provide tactical security responses, and investigate reported threats or violations.
• Apply threat management, investigations, patrol, dispatch, and crisis response techniques; assess visitor threat levels and escort critical information and merchandise.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, provide customer service, and report feedback from stakeholders.
• Communicate and implement processes and practices to meet business needs; analyze information, monitor progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity; guide and demonstrate correct application of policies.
• Lead and participate in teams, share resources, coordinate assignments, provide advice, and model adaptability.

• Must complete and pass all core components of the Physical Security Specialist Training Academy within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum 1 year experience in security, law enforcement, military, emergency services or related field.

• Corporate Security, Emergency Operations, Law Enforcement experience.
• Bachelor's in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Sociology.
• CPR/BCLS certification.
