As a Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points and alarm activity, and respond to security-related concerns. You will deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure environment.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility interior, exterior, parking areas, perimeter, and shipping/receiving areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs of entries, deliveries, and incidents.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and communicating observations to appropriate personnel.

+ Support a professional, orderly environment by reporting maintenance concerns, access control issues, and potential hazards according to established procedures.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Must possess one or more of the following:

+ Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Elite Military Forces, combat arms) or any support role in a Combat Zone

+ Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) or verified work experience in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field

+ Bachelor's degree in law enforcement or criminal justice related studies

+ A minimum of 8 or more years of service in any military branch

+ Associate's degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice with current or prior active military service

+ Must be 21 years of age or older

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
