What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform quality installations of new heating and cooling units.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners.
• Educate customers on their system and recommend maintenance solutions.
• Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience – At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• Skills – Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Licensing – EPA certification required (NATE certification is a plus).
• Customer Service – Friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile.
• Work Ethic – Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Driver’s License – A valid license with a clean driving record.
