Lube Technician

Pay Range: $32-$36 an hour

Responsibilities

* Required to operate and inspect equipment and vehicles to check fluid levels, greasing and preventative maintenance services

* Safety First - Must be responsible for your own safety and follow all company guidelines and procedures

* Perform all preventative maintenance services per maintenance manual in a safe and timely manner

* Obtain all required fluid/oil samples and submit all fluid/oil samples to the Lab electronically

* Record all preventative maintenance services on the daily timecard

* Communicate any equipment maintenance issues to your supervisor in a timely manner

* Maintain the company lube truck and operate it in a safe manner

* Must come to work on time and ready to work daily

Qualifications

* Must be self-motivated

* Able to climb in, on and around equipment, be flexible in awkward positions

* Possess the ability to read and understand equipment maintenance manuals

* Must be responsible, reliable and willing to work in all weather conditions

* Need to have excellent communication skills, good work ethics and a positive attitude

* Must be able to work any shift and weekends as equipment is available for service

Experience/Skills

* Technical experience preferred, training available

* Mechanical knowledge of equipment a plus

* Class A CDL a must

* Basic computer knowledge
