DAY IN THE LIFE
You can expect an average day to include:

• Waking early to seize the day
• Brushing your teeth and tucking in your shirt like a professional
• Filling your truck with whatever you need from our fully stocked warehouse
• Opening your company-provided iPad and iPhone to see your first opportunity
• Arriving on time at the customer home and providing exceptional service
• Receiving real-time coaching/support
• Having parts/material delivered to you
• Recording notes for the next technician
• Collecting payment from the customer
• Heading home after a productive day

WHAT WE DO:
All residential HVAC, all day long. We handle gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, installation, maintenance, service, and more. Whatever we do, we do it right.

JOB DUTIES

• Learn and implement One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnose problems with clients' HVAC systems
• Effectively recommend service and repair options
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and ensure cleanliness after each job
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness inside and outside
