• Installation, modification & repair of new/existing high/low-pressure systems and equipment;
  Hydronic sourced heating/chilled systems, steam-heating, steam generation, flash and expansion tanks, condensate, vacuum, circulating pumps and radiators, Chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of heating and air conditioning units to include: oil, gas, hydronic, and steam lines, including all components such as valves, pipes, flexible hose connections or related parts.
• Understanding and ability to identify malfunctions and replacement of items such as safety devices, heating elements, valves, strainers, coils and other related components.

Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the mechanical trade industry. Candidates should be well-versed in mechanical trades such as air, steam and process piping, copper, brazing, welding, pipe fitting, pump setting, chillers, air handler units, rigging, and reading and interpreting drawings.

Additional requirements include ability to read and follow prints, complete take-offs as needed, demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, and work well with others.

• Proficiency in using hand tools

Minimum Salary: $70,000.00

Maximum Salary: $80,000.00
