. Family‑owned, stable, growing. We’re looking for a hands‑on millwright who can weld, fabricate, and keep industrial equipment alive under real production pressure.

If you know your way around conveyors, gearboxes, and steel — and don’t mind getting dirty — this is steady work with a company that respects skilled trades.

• Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery
• Weld pipe, cut steel, and fabricate parts
• Work on conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and rotating equipment
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and keep downtime low
• Grease, service, and maintain equipment
• Run hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment daily
• Operate manlifts, telehandlers, and skid loaders
• Work at heights and in tight spaces when needed
• Follow safety rules — no shortcuts

• Real millwright or industrial mechanic experience
• Experience in aggregates, ready‑mix concrete, asphalt or the heavy metals industry
• Solid welding and fabrication skills
• Conveyor and mechanical know‑how
• Can troubleshoot problems without babysitting
• Comfortable with physical, demanding work
• Safety‑minded and dependable
• Valid driver’s license

• Indoor & outdoor work
• Heat, cold, dust, rain
• Lift up to 90 lbs
• Heights, ladders, and aerial lifts
