Carpentry Foreman

Location: Owings Mills

Trillium Construction is seeking a Working Foreman for carpentry and site amenity installation work in the Howard County, MD area!

Pay rate is $40-$42/hr schedule is Monday-Friday, 40-50 hours per week. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity.

Scope of Work:

• Lead and supervise a field crew on daily jobsite activities

• Install playgrounds, shelters, shade structures, and site amenities

• Layout, excavation, grading, and site preparation work

• Read and interpret construction plans and elevations

• Operate equipment including skid steer and mini excavator as needed

• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and jobsite efficiency

• Coordinate workflow to maintain project schedules

• Perform general site work and job preparation as needed

Requirements:

• 8+ years of construction/carpentry experience required

• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role (Foreman or Crew Lead)

• Strong experience in excavation and grading work

• Ability to read plans and perform basic layout work

• Valid driver's license required

• Ability to travel and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Must be able to perform physical labor in active jobsite environments
