Job OverviewElectrical electrician position onsite in Holland, MI focused on assembling equipment according to approved designs and customer specifications while maintaining compliance with quality and ISO standards. This is a full‑time hourly role with a collaborative, engineering‑driven environment.
Responsibilities- Assemble equipment according to approved design and customer specifications.
- Document and communicate changes and problems.
- Carry out assigned tasks with minimal direct supervision.
- Assist with execution of ISO/Quality Standards.
- Communicate with the project team on open issues and progress during the build process.
- Support successful execution of assigned programs related to cost, quality, timing, and customer deliverables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Effectively and safely troubleshoot wiring and circuits.
- Wire according to NEC standards.
- Read and understand schematics.
- Basic computer skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of schematic interpretation, panel building, machine wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Proven mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality.
- Ability to accept direction and complete tasks as assigned while working as part of a team or individually.
- Ability to maintain a steady pace while bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working below or above the waist.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to obtain a Hi‑Lo (Fork Lift), Aerial Platform and Overhead Crane license, along with Lock‑Out‑Tag‑Out compliance.
- Travel at least 20% of the time may be required (domestic and/or international).
