What You'll Do
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll be the expert customers trust and the teammate others rely on
* Install residential HVAC systems with precision, craftsmanship, and pride
* Work closely with a skilled team to deliver flawless installations
* Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork, piping, and electrical components
* Connect systems to existing infrastructure and ensure everything runs at peak performance
* Test, troubleshoot, and fine‑tune installations
* Deliver exceptional customer service-educating homeowners and building trust
* Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
What You Bring
* Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices
* Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and customer‑service mindset
* Valid driver's license (company policy requires drivers to be at least 21)
