We are seeking a skilled Fiber Splicing Supervisor to oversee fiber optic splicing operations for telecommunications infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will supervise field crews, ensure quality workmanship, maintain project schedules, and support network deployment activities.

• Lead fiber splicing crews on installation and maintenance projects
• Perform and verify fusion splicing and fiber testing activities
• Ensure all splice documentation is accurate and complete
• Coordinate with project management and construction teams
• Enforce safety standards and quality assurance procedures

• Minimum 5 years of fiber splicing experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Proficiency with OTDR testing and fiber troubleshooting
• Ability to work outdoors and travel as required
• Strong organizational and communication skills

The wage range for Fiber Splicing Supervisor is $50,000.00 - $75,000.00.
