About The Diesel Mechanic Job:
Service Technicians are responsible for: troubleshooting and repairing diesel engines, electrical systems, transmissions and other various components found on all heavy-duty truck makes and models.
Service Technician Benefits:
- Up to $1,500 per week, paid biweekly

Hours:
Monday - Friday (7 am - 3:30 pm) - Second Shift in Lancaster:
Monday - Friday (3:30 pm - midnight) - $5 shift differential
- $3,000 sign on bonus
- Uniforms provided
- Quarterly
Performance Incentives:
Based on department performance and profitability - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance available after 30 days

Service Technician Requirements:
- At least 4 years of overall experience, with 2 years in a dealership environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- PACCAR, Cummins, CAT & ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
- Valid State Inspection License is a plus, but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately diagnose vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection
- Document work in progress on repair orders
- Perform repairs according to dealership standards and factory specs
- Road test vehicle, if necessary.
