All residential HVAC including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geothermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, and service.

Day in the Life- Wake early and prepare for the day.
- Arrive on time at the customer home in a properly maintained installation truck and deliver 6‑star service that results in an incredible review.
- Receive real–time coaching and support as needed.
- Ensure parts and materials are delivered and ready for next job.
- Collect payment from the customer; the company’s revenue depends on timely payment.
- Team up at the warehouse to prepare for the next day’s install.
- Learn and implement the One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices.
- Perform proper installation of client HVAC systems.
- Continuously improve craftsmanship.
- Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control.
- Maintain a neat work area and inspect cleanliness after each job.
- Maintain company vehicle in a clean condition, inside and out.
- Climbing, heavy lifting, loud noise, crawling, working in confined spaces, pushing/pulling, carrying equipment, bending, turning, kneeling.
- Capability of lifting and carrying 75‑pound items.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units.
- Ability to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
- Normal visual acuity and depth perception for close and distance vision.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior, successful experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry.
- NATE certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills and technical competence.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
- Clean driving record.
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour.
