Electrician

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Ensure compliance with all building and safety regulations, as well as facility policies
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to install and maintain electrical systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of activities, including work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment inventory
• Order and maintain inventory of supplies and spare parts
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to perform repairs and maintenance on electrical equipment and systems
• Operate and maintain a bucket truck to complete the maintenance of cabling systems

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational or technical school program in electrical technology or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a Journeyman license or 8 years of experience without a Journeyman license
• Expert knowledge in lighting, power distribution, grounding and bonding, and lightning protection system requirements
• Experience managing network cabling within an energetic manufacturing environment
• Qualified installer of all media of cabling and terminations to support telecommunication systems internal and external to facilities
• Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and regulations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pre‑employment physical exam required
• Lifting objects weighing up to 100 pounds required
• Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret‑level security clearance
• Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations

Salary: $65,000 - $125,000 per year
