F.H. Furr, a renowned leader in residential services, is offering an exciting opportunity for individuals with a knack for mechanics and a passion for helping people. As an HVAC Service Apprentice, you will embark on a journey to learn the ins and outs of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. No prior experience is required, but a strong mechanical inclination and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service are a must.

The fully-paid Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Apprentice program begins on August 3rd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and Assist:Work alongside experienced technicians to install,maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings
• Customer Engagement:Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and offeringappropriate solutions
• Sales Support:Collaborate with the sales team toidentifyopportunities foradditionalservices or products that canbenefitcustomers
• Problem Solving:Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Safety Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines tomaintaina secure work environment for yourself and your team

Qualifications:

• Mechanical Inclination:Strong interest and aptitude in mechanical systems and a willingness to learn about HVAC technology
• Customer-Focused:A genuine passion for helping people and a dedication toprovidingexceptional service
• Sales Enthusiast:Enjoy engaging with customers andidentifyingopportunities to enhance their HVAC experience

• Valid Driver's License:A valid driver's license isrequiredfor this role.
