1‑3 years of experience in HVAC. Professional, motivated, and customer‑focused. Strong work ethic and a desire to grow and earn more.

• Wake early and prepare for the day.
• Fill truck with necessary parts from the fully stocked warehouse.
• Use company iPad/iPhone to work with first monetary opportunities.
• Arrive on time and provide high‑quality service to customers.
• Receive real‑time coaching and support.
• Receive parts/material delivery to keep workflow efficient.
• Record notes for next technician.
• Collect payment from customers.
• End the day after completing calls.

All residential HVAC services: gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geothermal, IAQ, installation, maintenance, service, and more.

• Learn and implement the One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices.
• Accurately diagnose HVAC system problems.
• Recommend service and repairs to convert opportunities into sold work.
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio.
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control.
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect for cleanliness after each job.
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is clean inside and outside.

Full‑time. Pay range: $55,000 – $100,000 per year plus commission and bonuses.
