We are currently looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician on 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Salary range would be $40,000–$60,000 based on experience, to join our values‑based organization.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, machinery, and building systems
- Work with outside vendors on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems and issues
- Troubleshoot and repair production support equipment and facility issues
- Inspect facility equipment and identify safety hazards or maintenance needs
- Maintain lighting, doors, flooring, walls, and general building upkeep
- Assist with installation and relocation of machinery and equipment
- Operate maintenance tools, forklifts, lifts, and other equipment safely
- Keep maintenance logs, work orders, and inspection records up to date
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety policies, and company procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools
Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives - Install, add, modify machine lines and machine systems/subsystems as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical certification or vocational training preferred
- 2+ years of facility or building maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems - Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
- Valid driver’s license may be required
