This position offers a $1,000 signing bonus and promotes a predictable daytime schedule with no weekend or night work, allowing you to spend more time with family.
Responsibilities- Lead residential installation projects, ensuring code compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Perform equipment set‑up, ductwork modification, and IAQ product installations.
- Mentor and coordinate with team members, maintaining clean and organized work areas.
- Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch regarding schedules and job needs.
