Electrician

Simple Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled and Licensed Electrician to perform electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for commercial, residential, and government projects across the DMV area. The ideal candidate will possess a valid electrician license, strong knowledge of electrical codes, and experience working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, panels, breakers, lighting, and control systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and technical schematics.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective actions.
• Install conduits, raceways, junction boxes, and electrical equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations.
• Test electrical systems and equipment for proper functionality.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Maintain accurate service reports and project documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in DC, Maryland, or Virginia.
• Minimum 3+ years of electrical installation and maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience with commercial, residential, or government projects.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and construction sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EV Chargers, Solar Systems, Data Centers, or Building Automation Systems.
• OSHA 10/30 Certification.
• Experience working on federal or public sector projects.
